You must remember, however, that the <br />disparity studies of most MBE programs determine the relevant market areas in <br />which certified businesses must be domiciled. (See the attached directory list of <br />participating entities and their relevant market areas). You must also be aware that <br />some of the -participating entities have certification eligibility criteria unique to <br />those of the reciprocal certification network because they have been imposed by <br />their disparity studies As a result some program offices may ask you to submit <br />additional documentation before you are eligible to bid as a certified MBE with that <br />jurisdiction or organization <br />Office of Supplier Diversity The Laws of Florida require that the Office of Supplier Diversity be advised of any <br />4050 Esplanade Way and all changes in the company's status occurring within fourteen (14) days of the <br />Tallahassee, Florida transfer or change taking place.
