<br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
<br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 02-08-01
<br />REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS, CURB AND
<br />GUTTER CITY WIDE
<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
<br />proposals for the repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, throughout the
<br />City's limits. The work consists of replacing broken and cracked concrete
<br />sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
<br />Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, City of Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />17070 Collins Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160 un-
<br />til 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 27, 2002, at which time they will be pub-
<br />licly opened and read in the City Hall Commission Chambers. A pre -bid
<br />tour, leaving from City Hall, will be conducted at 9:00 A.M., Friday,
<br />September 20, 2002. The envelope containing the sealed bid must be
<br />clearly marked "IMPORTANT - BID ENCLOSED FOR THE REPAIR OF
<br />SIDEWALKS CURBS AND GUTTERS [RFP No. 02 -08- 011 ". Each pro-
<br />poser must submit one original and three (3) copies of the complete -pro-
<br />posal package. Faxed or E- mailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will not
<br />be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on September 27, 2002 under any circum-
<br />stances.
<br />The specifications, special instructions, plans and other contract docu-
<br />ments may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, 17070 Collins +
<br />Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida or by calling (305) 947-,
<br />0606. Contract documents, plans and specifications may be ob-
<br />tained upon payment (non - refundable) by check in the amount of
<br />$75.00 made payable to the "City of Sunny Isles Beach ".
<br />No bidder may withdraw his /her. proposal for a period of sixty (60) days
<br />following the date of opening of these proposals.
<br />The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and
<br />may waive any informality in any or all proposals.
