SECTION 01414 <br />REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />LOCAL <br />Comply with The City of Sunny Isles Beach, South Florida Building Code, Dade County Product Approval <br />Process,Florida Department of Transportation, Dade County or North Miami Beach Water and Sewer Department <br />standards for permits, materials, and workmanship, and all other governmental and quasi- governmental organizations <br />that have jurisdiction over the work. <br />STATE <br />Comply with State Of Florida Laws and Regulations, as a minimum. The right is reserved by OWNER to allow all <br />interested parties with a vested interest in the Work to have access to the Work. If inspections are to be performed by <br />vested interested parties, CONTRACTOR shall assist in those inspections.
