SECTION 01500 <br />TEMPORARY FACILITIES <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for all temporary facilities required for the project. This shall include but not <br />be limited to: <br />1. Temporary electricity <br />2. Temporary water, including irrigation water during the warranty period <br />3. Temporary sanitary facilities <br />4. Temporary compound <br />5. Temporary telephone service <br />Materials stored about the Project shall be placed so as to not cause any greater inconvenience or safety hazard to the <br />traveling public than is considered necessary by the ENGINEER and The City. <br />Should The City consider any material stored on the Project a safety hazard or an unjustified inconvenience to the <br />traveling public the CONTRACTOR shall, within 24 hours of notification, remedy the unacceptable storage condition <br />to the satisfaction of The City. The right is reserved by the City to remedy the unsatisfactory storage condition, in the <br />case of emergencies. The cost of which will be deducted fi-orn monies due or to become due the CONTRACTOR. <br />END OF SECTION <br />01500-1 <br />
