The case was closed in an amicable manner. Presently <br />our company is working as a subcontractor with SBR in the project Miami Lakes Technical Center. <br />u <br />Roucco & Sons VS B&A Construction Service Group, Inc. <br />Case No. 060014CA02 <br />Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Miami - Dade County, Florida <br />Description: <br />Roucco & S�n, landscaping subcontractor, places claim for payment of materials and labor which were rejected <br />by B &A andlits client. The materials did not meet the quality requirements, or the technical specifications of the <br />contract signed by both parties. B &A Const. Svc. took it upon themselves to replace all the material, and furnish the <br />work priorly Fejected of Roucco & Son. B &A Const. Svc. realized all work in a satisfactory and efficient manner with <br />its client, Janes B. Pirtle Construction Co., Inc./The School Board of Palm Beach County. On June 28th, 2001 the case <br />as issued by the court to arbitration according to the claused in the contract which was signed by both parties. <br />
