Svc. took it upon themselves to replace all the material, and furnish the <br />work priorly Fejected of Roucco & Son. B &A Const. Svc. realized all work in a satisfactory and efficient manner with <br />its client, Janes B. Pirtle Construction Co., Inc./The School Board of Palm Beach County. On June 28th, 2001 the case <br />as issued by the court to arbitration according to the claused in the contract which was signed by both parties. <br />
