t <br />placement, access, etc. <br />' 3.02 INSTALLATION OF SIGNS <br />A. General: Complete installation shall be in accordance with manufacturer's printed <br />instructions and accepted shop drawings, to produce Work complying with the <br />Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for daily clean -up <br />' of their areas of Work. <br />B. Erection of Signs: Set and attach the Work accurately in location, alignment and <br />elevation, plumb, level and true, as measured from established reference points <br />and from other Work already in place. Fit components accurately together to <br />from tight joints and secure connections. Coordinate with other trades as <br />necessary, if applicable. <br />3.03 ADJUSTING <br />' 1 repair minor blemishes or marring on finished surfaces so that repairs are <br />Neatly p g <br />imperceptible. Completely replace components having permanent non - removable <br />scratches, stains, or other defacement. <br />' 3.04 CLEANING <br />Upon completion of the Work, remove unused materials, debris, containers and <br />equipment from the project site. Remove protective coverings and clean the exposed <br />surfaces of the work to remove dirt, stains and other substances, by methods as <br />recommended by manufacturer. <br />3.05 PROTECTION <br />Protect the Work during the construction period so that it will be without any indication <br />of use or damage. Leave the Work clean and free from defects at time of <br />CONSULTANT'S acceptance. <br />' <br />3.06 FINAL WALK - THROUGH AND PUNCHLIST <br />A final walk - through will be held with CONSULTANT to review the finished <br />installation. CONSULTANT will prepare a punchlist of all items requiring modification. <br />' The CONSULTANT reserves the right to reject all or part of the signs that do not <br />correspond to the Contract Documents and specifications or the approved shop drawings, <br />lettering patterns, samples, etc. <br />1 02841 -9 <br />1 <br />
