L <br />SECTION 01414 <br />j REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />t <br />1 <br />F1 <br />1 <br />LOCAL <br />Comply with The City of Sunny Isles Beach, South Florida Building Code, Dade County Product Approval Process, <br />Florida Department of Transportation, Dade County Water and Sewer Department standards for permits, materials, <br />and workmanship, and all other governmental and quasi - governmental organizations that have jurisdiction over the <br />work. <br />STATE <br />Comply with State Of Florida Laws and Regulations , as a minimum. The right is reserved by OWNER to allow all <br />interested parties with a vested interest in the Work to have access to the Work. If inspections are to be performed by <br />vested interested parties, CONTRACTOR shall assist in those inspections.
