<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
<br />REQUEST FOR BIDS NO. 03-04-01
<br />ENTRANCE SIGNAGE
<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is
<br />requesting bids for entrance signage.
<br />The work includes, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor,
<br />materials, tools, equipment, machinery and services for the purposes of
<br />this bid, shall include signage.
<br />Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach, 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles
<br />Beach, Florida, 33160, until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 15, 2003, at
<br />which time they will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Commission
<br />Chambers. The envelope containing the sealed bid must be clearly
<br />marked "IMPORTANT -BID ENCLOSED FOR ENTRANCE SIGNAGE
<br />[BID No. 03- 04 -011. Each bidder must submit one original and five (5)
<br />copies of the complete bid package. Faxed or e- mailed bids will not be ac-
<br />cepted. Bids will not be accepted after •11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2003
<br />under any circumstances.
<br />Please call the City Clerk's Office at (305) 947 -0606 to request a copy of
<br />the Bid Specifications.
<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any
<br />or all bids, to waive any informality, irregularity or technicality in any bid, to
<br />readvertise for bids, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to
<br />be in the best interests of the City.
