Ail provisions which are not so amiended, or supplemented remain in full force and erect <br />Articles ,S through 25, inclusive, are suppiernental and in addition to the Standard General Conditions. <br />II ARTICLE 2 — PRELIMINARY MAiii ERS <br />4.2.1.3 In the preparation of Drawincs and Specifications, ENGINEER has relied upon: <br />The report dated October 10, 1992, by Continental Shelf Associates, Inc., <br />Jupiter, Florida, entitled, "Jupiter inlet Sand Trap Rock Substrate Survey <br />and Mapping," consisting of 7 pages. The technical data contained in this <br />report upon which CONTRACTOR may rely is found only on pages 3, 4, <br />I 5,6 and 7. <br />' Report copies and d2wings that are not included with Bidding <br />Documents may be examined at Jupiter Inlet District, 400 North Delaware <br />Boulevard, Jupiter, Florida, during regular business hours (SAM to 5PM). <br />i` These reports and drawines are not part of the Contract Documents but <br />the technical data contained therein, upon which CONTRACTOR is <br />• entitled to rely as provided in GC -4.2.2 and as identified and established <br />i above, are incorporated therein by reference. CONTRACTOR is not <br />entitled to rely upon other information and data utilized by ENGINEER in <br />the preparation of Drawings and Specifications.
