<br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
<br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for the following work
<br />as specified.
<br />CATEGORY 6
<br />STRUCTURED CABLING SYSTEM
<br />FOR THE SUNNY ISLES BEACH GOVERNMENT CENTER
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Request for Proposal No. 04 -04-01
<br />Sealed bids for the supply and installation of a structured telecommunica-
<br />tions cabling system for the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center will be
<br />received by the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
<br />Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m., on
<br />Monday, May 3, 2004 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located
<br />at 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160.
<br />Each bidder must submit one original and five (55) copies of the
<br />complete bid package. The envelope containing the sealed bid must be
<br />clearly marked "IMPORTANT -BID ENCLOSED FOR CATEGORY 6
<br />STRUCTURED CABLING SYSTEM [RFP NO. 04 -04 -011 ". Faxed or
<br />e- mailed bids will not be accepted. Bids received after this time will be
<br />returned unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read at
<br />this time.
<br />A MANDATORY PRE -BID Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.,
<br />Monday, April 26, 2004 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach City Hall located
<br />at 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160
<br />(305) 947 -0606. All contractors planning to submit a bid are required
<br />to attend this meeting. Contractors should allow sufficient time to
<br />ensure arrival prior to the indicated time. Bids from those who have failed
<br />to attend will not be accepted. Contractors arriving past the indicated time
<br />will not be eligible to submit a bid.
<br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City
<br />Clerk's Office at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 17070
<br />Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160 or from the
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach website address at www.sibfi.net.
<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to reject any or all Bids,
<br />with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to
<br />accept the Bid, which best serves the interest of the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach.
