An Employee handbook containing company policy and all necessary information (i.e., Information on <br />where to seek help, medications that affect the outcome of a drug test, etc.). <br />2. Initial 60 -day Drug Free Workplace notification. <br />' 3. Employee agreement forms, including company disciplinary action. <br />4. An Educational handbook and Video Tape. <br />5. A Supervisor's handbook. <br />' 6. Information to post in conspicuous locations (signs, posters). <br />7. Additional fomis and agreements (rehabilitation, notification of positive test results, etc.). <br />TCN has also set up a drug screen collection site, AHCA or NIDA certified testing laboratory, on -staff <br />' Medical Review Officer, results reporting (telephone and hard copy) and billing. <br />TCN has instructed the above -named contact person on the following procedures: <br />t 1. Distribution of 60 -day Drug Free Workplace notification. <br />2. Conducting the Employee meeting including distribution of Employee handbook, educational material and <br />collection of signed paperwork. <br />3. Drug testing requirements and procedures for testing: <br />' a. Job Applicants d. Return -to -work. <br />b. Post - accident e. Random (if applicable). <br />c. Reasonable suspicion f.
