Environmental Performance: In order to secure approval to proceed with <br />construction, the Owner committed to comply with terms of an <br />Environmental Impact Statement. A copy of this Statement shall be <br />transmitted to the Contractor prior to execution of the Owner-Contractor <br />Agreement. The Project has been designed and the Contract Documents <br />prepared with the intention that resulting Work will comply with terms of <br />that Statement. <br /> <br />1. Before Substantial Completion inspect, test and adjust <br />performance of every system or facility of the Work to ensure <br />satisfactory overall performance <br />2. No later than 30 days after Owner occupancy and use of the <br />Project, return and again inspect, test and adjust the Work. <br />3. Submit a report of results to the Owner. <br />4. Instruct the Owner's operating personnel on operational <br />requirements needed to maintain compliance. <br />5. Report performance of completed installations after adjustment that <br />appear unable to comply with the requirements. <br /> <br />1.05 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />07/04 <br /> <br />A. General: Coordinate preparation and processing of submittals with <br />performance of construction activities. Transmit each submittal <br />sufficiently in advance of performance of related construction activities to <br />avoid delay. <br /> <br />B. Progress Schedule: Fully developed, horizontal bar chart type <br />Contractor's construction schedule. Revise the schedule after each <br />meeting or activity, where revisions have been recognized or made. Issue <br />updated schedules monthly. <br /> <br />C. Daily Construction Report: Record of construction activities and events at <br />the site; submit two (2) copies to the Engineer at weekly intervals. <br /> <br />D. Shop Drawings: Newly prepared information, drawn to accurate scale. <br />Do not reproduce Contract Documents or copy standard information as <br />the basis of Shop Drawings. Standard information prepared without <br />specific reference to the Project is not considered Shop Drawings. <br /> <br />1. Shop Drawings shall include fabrication and installation drawings, <br />setting diagrams, schedules, patterns, templates and similar <br />drawings. <br />2. Do not use Shop Drawings without an appropriate final stamp <br />indicating action taken in connection with construction. <br /> <br />01015-2 <br /> <br />03-4174 <br />
