The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, equipment, and supplies sold and delivered <br />to the Owner under this contract until final inspection of the work and acceptance thereof by the <br />Owner. In the event that any such material, equipment, or supplies are lost, stolen, damaged, <br />or destroyed prior to final inspection and acceptance, the Contractor shall replace same without <br />additional cost to the Owner. <br /> <br />3,6. TEST AND PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION <br /> <br />A. Performance testing and adjustment procedures for the system(s) shall include: <br /> <br />1. Each device is to be tested for full functionality and operation as a system. Verification of <br />all alarm displays, annunciations, and printouts are required. <br /> <br />2, Perform all tests and verifications in the presence of the Architect, Consultant or owner as <br />required. Provide written proof of compliance with the test and demonstration of the system <br />performance. <br /> <br />8. If the need for additional adjustment becomes evident during demonstrations and testing, the <br />Installer's work shall continue until the system (s) operates properly.
