ACCOUNT START -UP PROCEDURE <br />Cleaning Systems Inc. has followed a set of guidelines when assuming <br />responsibility for the set up of a new account. <br />During the week prior to the takeover of a new account, we meet with the <br />client representative who is responsible for giving us keys, alarm codes, <br />access codes and names of contact people as necessary. A timetable in <br />which the turnover of these items is agreed upon; we try to take receipt <br />as soon as possible following the completion of the prior company's <br />duties. We prefer to have this accomplished on a Friday so that we have <br />the weekend prior to the start date to really get to know the facilities and <br />begin to bring the account up to standard. <br />When we begin a new account, the employees have already been trained <br />in good housekeeping practices, as well as the general specifications of <br />• the area they will be cleaning. New accounts are staffed with a mixture of <br />new and current employees. This is supplemented, for at least the first <br />day /night if needed, with our special services crew and our floor crew. <br />We have found that the most important component of a smooth transition <br />is ongoing communication with our client so that we are able to meet or <br />exceed expectations for our services. <br />40 <br />
