In the event any such material, equipment, and supplies <br />' <br />are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed prior to final inspection and acceptance, the <br />Contractor shall replace same without additional cost to the Owner. <br />J. <br />Should the Contractor fail to take proper action on storage and handling of equipment <br />supplied under this Contract within seven days after written notice to do so has been <br />given, the Owner retains the right to correct all deficiencies noted in previously <br />transmitted written notice and debit the cost associated with these corrections from the <br />Contractor's Contract. These costs may be comprised of expenditures for labor, equipment <br />usage, administrative, clerical, engineering and any other costs associated with making the <br />' <br />necessary corrections. <br />1.07 SUBSTITUTIONS AND PRODUCT OPTIONS <br />1 A. Products List: <br />1. Within 30 days after the effective date of the Agreement, submit to the Engineer a <br />complete list of major products proposed to be used, with the name of the <br />manufacturer and the installing subcontractor. <br />B. Contractor's Options: <br />1. For Products specified only by reference standard, select any product meeting that <br />standard. <br />2.
