<br />.2 Operating Instructions: Written operating instructions shall be included for the efficient and <br />safe operation of all equipment. <br /> <br />.3 Equipment List: List of all major equipment as installed shall include model number, <br />capacities, flow rate, and name-plate data. <br /> <br />.4 Service Instructions: The Contractor shall be required to provide the following information for <br />all pieces of equipment. <br />(a) Recommended spare parts including catalog number and name of local suppliers or <br />factory representative. <br />(b) Belt sizes, types, and lengths. <br />(c) Wiring diagrams. <br /> <br />.5 Manufacturer's Certificate of Warranty: Manufacturer's certificates of warranty shall be <br />obtained for all major equipment. Warranty shall be obtained for at least one year from the date <br />of Contractor's Substantial Completion. Where longer period is required by the Contract <br />Documents or provided for by the manufacturer, the longer period shall govern. <br /> <br />.6 Parts catalogs: For each piece of equipment furnished, a parts catalog or similar document <br />shall be provided which identifies the components by number for replacement ordering. <br /> <br />3.10.2 Submission <br /> <br />.1 Manuals shall be bound into volumes of standard 8 1/2" x 11" hard binders. Large drawings <br />too bulky to be folded into 8 1/2" x 11" shall be separately bound or folded and in brown <br />envelopes, cross-referenced and indexed with the manuals. <br /> <br />.2 The manuals shall identify the City's project name, project number, and include the name and <br />address of the Contractor and major Subcontractors of any tier who were involved with the <br />activity described in that particular manual. <br /> <br />3.11 Contractor's Construction Schedules <br /> <br />3.11.1 The Contractor, within fifteen (15) days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, shall <br />prepare and submit for the City's and NE's information Contractor's construction schedule for <br />the Work and shall set forth interim dates for completion of various components of the Work and <br />Work Milestone Dates as defined herein. The schedule shall not exceed time limits current under <br />the Contract Documents, shall be revised at appropriate intervals as required by the conditions of <br />the Work, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work. The <br />Contractor shall conform to the most recent schedule. <br /> <br />3.11.2 The construction schedule shall be in a detailed format satisfactory to the City's <br />Representative and the AlE. If the City's Representative or AlE has a reasonable objection to the <br />schedule submitted by Contractor, the construction schedule shall be promptly revised by the <br />Contractor. The Contractor shall monitor the progress of the Work for conformance with the <br /> <br />18 ') <br />
