<br />MAINTENANCE SERVICES
<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
<br />proposals for Parks /Medians /Rights -of -Way Maintenance Services.
<br />Sealed Bids will be received at City Hall, City of Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />17070 Collins Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,
<br />33160, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 1, 2001, at which time they
<br />will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Commission Chambers.
<br />The envelope containing the sealed bid must be clearly marked
<br />"IMPORTANT -BID ENCLOSED FOR PARKS /MEDIANS /RIGHTS -OF-
<br />WAY MAINTENANCE SERVICES 2:00 P.M. NOVEMBER 1.2001." Bids
<br />will not be accepted after .2:00 P.M., local time on November 1, 2001
<br />under any circumstances.
<br />The work includes, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor,
<br />materials, tools, equipment, machinery and services for proper mainte-
<br />nance which for the purposes of this bid, shall include litter, trash & debris
<br />removal, mowing, edging, hedge trimming, selective tree trimming, rak-
<br />ing, sweeping, weeding, weed - eating, and irrigation system repair.
<br />A mandatory pre -bid tour will take place on Wednesday, October
<br />17, 2001 starting at 10:00 A.M. Step off location is at Sunny Isles Beach
<br />City Hall, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Please call
<br />(305) 947 -0606 for further information regarding the tour and to request a
<br />copy of the Bid Specifications. Contact the Office of the City Clerk.
<br />No bidder may withdraw his /her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days
<br />following the date of opening of these proposals.
<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any
<br />or all bids, to waive any informality, irregularity or technicality in any bid, to
<br />re- advertise for bids, or take any other such actions that may be deemed
<br />to be in the best interests of the City.
