<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
<br />is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified.
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 05 -04 -02
<br />Landscape Improvements
<br />for Atlantic Isle
<br />The work includes, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor,
<br />materials, tools, equipment, machinery and services for the purposes of
<br />this bid, shall include landscaping and irrigation.
<br />Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the City Clerk until 11:00
<br />A.M., on Thursday, May 5, 2005 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach
<br />Government Center, 1st Floor Meeting Room, Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />Florida 33160, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
<br />Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
<br />A mandatory Pre -Bid Tour for all potential Bidders is set for 10:00
<br />A.M. on Tuesday, April 12, 2005. The step -off location is at the City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, 1 st Floor
<br />Meeting Room, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. For further
<br />information regarding the tour and to request a copy of the Bid
<br />Specifications, please contact Jane A. Hines, City Clerk, at

<br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause,
<br />to waive any informality, irregularity or technicality in any bid, to
<br />re- advertise for bids, or take any other such actions that may be deemed
<br />to be in the best interests of the City.
