I have gained an excellent relationship with the Landscape Inspectors and General <br />Contractors. <br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br />LANDSCAPE SERVICE PROFESSIONALS 1998 - present <br />Coral Springs, Florida <br />A quality commercial landscape and irrigation installation company, specializing in new <br />construction and renovation projects. <br />VICE PRESIDENT / LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER <br />Oversee all aspects of the installation operations including hiring and training field personnel, <br />locating and delivery of materials. I am also responsible for budget review, reporting profitability <br />results to the President. Additionally, I am the Safety Program Director and also do estimating <br />and designing of renovation projects. <br />• The projects we have completed to date have resulted in a cost savings to the company in <br />excess of ten percent of the original budgets. This was accomplished with purchasing <br />materials under budget, scheduling work appropriately and with a "Team Work spells <br />Success" attitude of our employees. <br />• I also schedule maintenance of all equipment, machines and vehicles and review of <br />information for new purchases. <br />STILES LANDSCAPE SERVICE CO. 1984-1998 <br />Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />The Landscape Division of the largest full service real estate development company in South <br />Florida employing over 400. <br />OPERATIONS MANAGER, (1992 -1998) <br />Managed the operations of a $5 million installation division employing over 40. Responsible for <br />budget analysis and reporting of project status, coordination of employees, equipment and <br />materials. Reported to President, Vice President of Finance. Liaison between our Project <br />Manager and the Construction Project Managers and Superintendents. <br />• Successfully exceeded annual revenue projections and delivered quality projects below <br />budget. <br />• Succeeded in increasing revenue by over $3 million since 1991 by developing a relationship <br />with new clients in the construction, development and property management industries as <br />well as gaining the respect of the existing client base. <br />• Instrumental in implementing organizational structures through team initiatives, which <br />resulted in productive and positive work environments and minimal employee turnover. <br />• Instrumental in managing the operations of the largest single landscape installation project <br />at Ballenisle Country Club exceeding $1 million in revenue, which was completed under <br />budget and on a compressed schedule with extremely limited personnel resources. <br />• Received an Award of Excellence by ALCA and Award of Recognition from FNGA. <br />
