SECTION 01200 <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br />PARTI- GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. The Engineer shall schedule and administer pre- construction meetings, periodic progress <br />meetings, and specially called meetings throughout the progress of work. The Engineer <br />shall: <br />1. Prepare agenda for meetings. <br />2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br />3. Preside at meetings. <br />4. Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br />5. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within five working days after each <br />meeting. <br />a. To participants in the meeting. <br />b. To parties affected by decisions made at the meeting. <br />B. Representatives of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers attending meetings shall be <br />qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each represents. <br />C. The Contractor shall attend meetings to ascertain that work is executed consistent with <br />Contract Documents and construction schedules. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Section 0 13 10: Construction Schedules. <br />B. Section 01340: Shop Drawings, Working Drawings, and Samples. <br />C. Section 01720: Project Record Documents. <br />1.03 PRE- CONSTRUCTION MEETING <br />1. Schedule a pre- construction meeting no later than 15 days after date of Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />2.
