B. Mowing: <br />1. Maintain St. Augustine grass between 2 inches and 2 -1/2 inches in height. When <br />grass reaches 3 inches in height, mow to 2 inches in height. <br />2. Maintain Bermuda grass between 1/2 inches to 3/4 inches in height. Avoid <br />scalping. <br />3. Do not cut off more than 40% of grass leaf in single mowing. <br />4. Remove all grass clippings throughout. <br />C. Resod spots larger than 1 square foot not having uniform stand of grass. <br />D. Weed Eradication: Between second and third mowing, apply herbicide specifically <br />recommended for grass type uniformly at manufacturer's recommended rate. <br />E. Fertilizer: Apply fertilizer uniformly at manufacturer's recommended rate two days after <br />sodding and at three -month intervals thereafter. Water in to avoid "burning" or <br />damaging grass. <br />F. Establishment period shall extend until final acceptance by the Owner according to the <br />conditions of the Contract. <br />3.04 CLEANING <br />06/05 <br />A. Immediately clean spills from paved and finished surface areas. <br />B. Remove debris and excess materials from project site. <br />C.
