' SECTION 00020 <br />1 NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION of THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />1 is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified. <br />CENTRAL ISLAND DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No.05 -10 -01 <br />Sealed bids for the construction of the Central Island Drainage and Street Improvements consisting <br />' among other items of milling and resurfacing, concrete sidewalks, construction of a new storm drainage <br />system including 27 drainage wells, and miscellaneous signing and marking as described in the Summary <br />of Quantities sheet will be received by the Owner, City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be received by <br />the City Clerk until 10:00 AM, on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City <br />Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Bids received after this time <br />will be returned unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. <br />Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, at the above - referenced address. <br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents at no cost, from the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160, between October 3 and 25, 2005. Partial <br />sets of Bidding Documents will not be available.
