Add the following after Paragraph 5.04.B.7.: <br />8. Include all major divisions of coverage and be on a comprehensive basis <br />including: <br />i. Premises Operations (including X, C and U coverages as applicable. <br />ii. Independent contractor's Protective. <br />iii. Products and Completed Operations. <br />iv. Personal Injury Liability with Employment Exclusion deleted. <br />V. Contractual Liability. <br />vi. Owned, non -owned and hired motor vehicles. <br />vii. Broad Form property Damage including Completed Operations. <br />9.
