3. Will the sites be prepared for the drilling equipment? <br />Answer: See Addendum 2, question # 15. <br />4. Can "clean" drill cuttings be spread on the sites? If they have to be removed does the city <br />have a designated location? <br />Answer: The Contractor shall dispose properly offsite. The City does not have a <br />designated location. <br />5. The same question for fluids generated by the drilling process. Are there sewers readily <br />accessible for that purpose? <br />Answer: The Contractor shall dispose properly offsite the "fluids" generated by the <br />drilling process. No sewers are available for fluids disposal. <br />6.- Please describe the aquifer test requirements required to demonstrate the well capacity. <br />Answer: Testing flow capacity and water quality shall comply with FDEP requirements <br />for Class V storm drainage wells. (USDW stratum) <br />7.- Can the wells be constructed consecutively or are the sequenced into the project construction <br />sequence? <br />Answer: Construction sequences and MOT are for reference only.
