Management responsibilities include planning /team <br />direction for a multi- office collaborative effort. <br />Pfeffer Residence, Coral Gables, FL <br />Principal -In- Charge <br />CLIENT: Mr. Wendell Pfeffer <br />Landscape design for a new home in the Tahiti Beach section of Coral Gables. <br />With spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, the gardens will feature lush and <br />tropical plantings at the entrance and side gardens, a cactus garden, and palm - <br />framed vistas to the mangroves and bay. <br />Latitude, Miami, FL <br />Principal -In- Charge <br />CLIENT: Miami River Partnership, LLC <br />Site planning + landscape architecture for a multi-use condominium/ office <br />tower and riverwalk along the Miami River. <br />SSP 2002: Miami Civic Center Master Plan, Miami, FL <br />Principal -In- Charge <br />CLIENT: University of Miami <br />Jason served as principal -in- charge for the second EDAW SSP in Miami Beach, <br />this time focusing on creating an integrated master plan for the Highland Park <br />community, adjacent to the University of Miami /Jackson Memorial Hospital <br />campus. The students' goal was to create a cohesive vision for future growth <br />opportunities by bringing together the many stakeholders in the project area. <br />EDAW's final master plan identified corridors of reuse and development sites <br />around and within the project area providing a creative, viable plan for housing, <br />office, retail, and medical uses. It also created links between the medical <br />campus, neighboring communities and destinations such as downtown and the <br />Performing Arts Center while maintaining the community scale and retaining <br />the historical significance of Highland Park. <br />SSP 1999: Indian Creek Greenway, Miami Beach, FL <br />Project Manager <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br />Jason served as project manager for the 1999 EDAW SSP for the Indian Creek <br />waterway in Miami Beach. The 2.5 -mile project site, between 23rd Street and <br />67th Street, was the subject of design and planning alternatives, including key <br />components of landscape, lighting, paving, public art, public space, nodes, <br />gateways, sustainability, environmental enhancements, and other elements. <br />SSP 1998: Petra World Heritage Site Tourism Plan, Petra, Jordan <br />Co- Project Manager <br />CLIENT: Petra Regional Planning Council <br />Jason served as co- project manager for the 1998 EDAW SSP, which focused on <br />contemporary global issues of balancing cultural resource and site management <br />controls with tourism development.
