Management responsibilities include planning /team direction for a multi- office collaborative effort. Pfeffer Residence, Coral Gables, FL Principal -In- Charge CLIENT: Mr. Wendell Pfeffer Landscape design for a new home in the Tahiti Beach section of Coral Gables. With spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, the gardens will feature lush and tropical plantings at the entrance and side gardens, a cactus garden, and palm - framed vistas to the mangroves and bay. Latitude, Miami, FL Principal -In- Charge CLIENT: Miami River Partnership, LLC Site planning + landscape architecture for a multi-use condominium/ office tower and riverwalk along the Miami River. SSP 2002: Miami Civic Center Master Plan, Miami, FL Principal -In- Charge CLIENT: University of Miami Jason served as principal -in- charge for the second EDAW SSP in Miami Beach, this time focusing on creating an integrated master plan for the Highland Park community, adjacent to the University of Miami /Jackson Memorial Hospital campus. The students' goal was to create a cohesive vision for future growth opportunities by bringing together the many stakeholders in the project area. EDAW's final master plan identified corridors of reuse and development sites around and within the project area providing a creative, viable plan for housing, office, retail, and medical uses. It also created links between the medical campus, neighboring communities and destinations such as downtown and the Performing Arts Center while maintaining the community scale and retaining the historical significance of Highland Park. SSP 1999: Indian Creek Greenway, Miami Beach, FL Project Manager CLIENT: City of Miami Beach Jason served as project manager for the 1999 EDAW SSP for the Indian Creek waterway in Miami Beach. The 2.5 -mile project site, between 23rd Street and 67th Street, was the subject of design and planning alternatives, including key components of landscape, lighting, paving, public art, public space, nodes, gateways, sustainability, environmental enhancements, and other elements. SSP 1998: Petra World Heritage Site Tourism Plan, Petra, Jordan Co- Project Manager CLIENT: Petra Regional Planning Council Jason served as co- project manager for the 1998 EDAW SSP, which focused on contemporary global issues of balancing cultural resource and site management controls with tourism development.
