We will utilize "MSProjects" as our time and resource managing tool, with <br />periodic reports provided to the City's Project Manager as necessary. <br />With our current workload, our planned personnel growth for the next 12 months, <br />and our proximity to the City Staff, we feel uniquely qualified to provide immediate <br />attention to the City's projects. Additionally, with our staff trained in various GIS, <br />design, data collection and management, illustrative presentation, and project <br />management software applications, Carter & Burgess can ensure that the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach maintains a technological leadership role for projects and /or <br />improvements which benefit its citizens. <br />To insure all projects are successful, our in -house work process and procedures <br />include a well documented Quality <br />Assurance /Quality Control (QA /QC) <br />process. Each work product will <br />be evaluated thoroughly before <br />its release to City staff and /or the <br />public for presentation. This process <br />has been in place nationwide since <br />before Carter & Burgess expanded <br />to Florida in 1985, and it has become <br />an integral part of our recognized <br />expertise in completing Landscape <br />Architectural projects statewide. <br />1`� <br />
