O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. Staffing Plan ORDA's management philosophy in staffing projects is to provide its clients with the highest degree of technical expertise necessary to achieve the project goals and objectives. Senior personnel who posses the ability to effectively communicate technical information and listen to a variety of suggestions will assure that all issues and opinions are evaluated and considered. ORDA is sensitive to these demands and is staffed with personnel who not only have great technical skill, but the ability to effectively communicate with City staff, regulatory agencies, commissions, and the general public. The staff that will be serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach are as follows: I. Kathryn O'Leary Richards, ASLA Principal -in- Charge The Principal in Charge for the City of Sunny Isles Beach will be Kathryn O'Leary Richards, ASLA. Ms. Richards has over twenty -two years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect in South Florida, and has most recently overseen the coordination of all aspects of design and construction for municipal projects in the Village of Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, City of Aventura, City of Doral, City of Sunny Isles Beach and the Florida Department of Transportation. She is currently the Landscape Architectural Plan Reviewer for the City of Aventura and FDOT, District 4. Under the technical and administrative guidance of Ms. Richards, there have been several successful projects that were built on time and within budget. II. William A. O'Leary, FASLA Senior Landscape Architect Mr. O'Leary's vast experience and expertise as a Landscape Architect and Planner has made him one of South Florida's most respected Landscape Architects. He has over forty years of experience in the South Florida area and thirty years working with local municipalities and agencies. Mr. O'Leary has served on the Miami -Dade County Shoreline Review Board, Bal Harbour Architectural Board, City of Miami Urban Development Review Board, Florida Board of Landscape Architects, City of South Miami Environmental Review Board, Growth Management Task Force and the Miami -Dade County Growth Management Task Force. He has been the Landscape Arcitectural Plan Reviewer for the City of Aventura, the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and the Village of Bal Harbour for the past several years. III. Kevin Richards Quality ControUConstruction Manager /Cadd Technician Kevin Richards has been a Construction Project Manager on several park, roadway and Miami -Dade County Public School projects throughout South Florida for the past twelve years. His past experience in construction management is an asset to the team. He reviews all of ORDA's construction documents, shop drawings, RFI's and technical specifications. He is also proficient in Autocad.
