<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Ms. Eichner has 23 years of diversified planning and platting experience that includes
<br />securing land development approvals in terms of site plans and land use plan amendments
<br />as well as municipal planning. Ms. Eichner is a Vice President and a Partner of CGA and is in
<br />charge of the Planning and Landscape Architecture Departments. She serves as Project
<br />Manager for projects that involve zoning codes, land use plan amendments, land
<br />development approvals, and land development regulations.
<br />Ms. Eichner served as a Senior Planner for the Broward County's Department of Planning
<br />and Environmental Protection. This required plat application management and supervision,
<br />creating a permit monitoring system, and monitoring compliance with all aspects of
<br />development approvals. The focus was on collecting road, school, and park impact fees as
<br />provided for in the Broward County Land Development Code. Another major work effort was
<br />coordinating the Development Review agencies in the preparation and adoption of the
<br />ordinances amending the Weston Development of Regional Impact.
<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Growth Management Director, City of Weston, Florida. Responsible for all planning
<br />activities including plat and site plan review as well as the creation and modification of land
<br />development regulations; establishment of zoning, landscaping, sign codes; and,
<br />' preparation of a master park plan. Oversees communication and coordination between City
<br />management, elected officials, major developers, and residents.
<br />Site Plan Review, City of Miramar, Florida. Supervised preparation and presentation of
<br />site plan reviews and reports for the City of Miramar under ongoing cost recovery process.
<br />Plans from the City are distributed to various plan review disciplines and the final reports are
<br />presented in a cohesive and consistent manner.
<br />Town Center Zoning Overlay District, City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
<br />Responsible for development of Zoning Overlay District to include zoning criteria,
<br />architectural, and landscape requirements leading to Town Center Master Plan
<br />' implementation.
<br />Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code, City of Weston, Florida.
<br />' Coordinated preparation and adoption of the City's first comprehensive plan, and first Land
<br />Development Code.
<br />Zoning Code, City of Sunny Isles Beach. Responsible for preparation, presentation and
<br />' adoption of the City's first Zoning Code. This involved the coordination of workshops and
<br />consensus building between the elected officials, residents and developers in the City.
<br />Development Coordination, Westbrooke Homes, Florida. Responsible for
<br />coordinating all aspects of land development activities including platting and site planning,
<br />rezoning, and obtaining all government approvals and building permits. Specific tasks
<br />' involve ensuring that engineering, survey, landscape architecture, and construction
<br />management personnel are working together to bring a project to completion. Maintains
<br />communication between the developer and their representatives, government agencies and
<br />staff is of critical importance. To date, over 5,000 residential units are in various stages of the
<br />planning process.
