i <br />Giordano IV: Associates, Inc. <br />t <br />i <br />EDUCATION <br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />Master of Landscape <br />Mr. Feoli is a project manager and senior landscape designer whose specialties include <br />Architecture <br />urban design, contextual analysis, urban redevelopments, and site and architectural design. <br />Florida International <br />' <br />Mr. Feoli manages landscape architects and planners in preparing design <br />University, School of <br />recommendations, site design and layouts, planting designs, construction documents, and <br />Architecture, Miami, <br />construction administration. His expertise also encompasses illustrative graphics for design <br />Florida <br />documentation, proposals, and marketing components. His tasks include representing the <br />B.A., Architectural Studies , <br />company externally with clients and vendors, producing communication and graphic <br />Florida International <br />drawings to convey ideas to the public; computerized color renderings; presentation boards; <br />University, School of <br />compilation of PowerPoint presentations; and production of automated, educational visual <br />productions. <br />Architecture, Miami, <br />Florida <br />Mr. Feoli has contributed his talents to several pro -bono, civic - minded community service <br />projects. Most notably, his participation in the Little Haiti Park Charrette in 2001, organized <br />by the Miami Chapter of the ASLA for Miami City Commissioner Arthur Teele, earned him a <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />Commendation from the City of Miami. Similarly, his participation and contribution in the <br />REGISTRATION <br />Virginia Key Charrette earned FIU -SOA an award of Excellence from the Florida Chapter of <br />the ASLA at the 2001 Annual State Conference. The FIU -SOA proposal earned its award as a <br />American Society of <br />Landscape Architects <br />result of the project's impetus for stimulating and creating a regional significance for Virginia <br />Key by establishing a countywide trail system with the Historic Virginia Key Black Beach at <br />American Institute of <br />its core. <br />Architects <br />Urban Environment <br />CURRENT PROJECTS <br />League <br />Memorial Regional Hospital - Hollywood <br />Memorial Regional Hospital - Miramar <br />Gilda's Club - Fort Lauderdale <br />Rock Pit Park 77 - Miami -Dade County <br />' <br />AA Arena Parcel B - Miami -Dade County <br />Doral Boulevard Masterplan - Doral <br />Various Park Improvements - Miami -Dade <br />' <br />Catholic Cemetery - Miami -Dade County <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />' MTV Video Music Awards at American Airlines Arena, Miami, Florida. Designed <br />temporary plan to house the pre -show based on concepts provided by MTV stage <br />' designers. The design and preparations were accomplished within a very short time frame. <br />Second stage of design will require site preparation and landscape design to accommodate <br />the future retrofit to suit Miami -Dade County's final use for the waterfront park site. <br />' Doral Streetscape Beautification, Doral, Florida. Designing entire length of Doral <br />Boulevard (NW 36th Street /NW 41st Street) from Palmetto Expresssway to Florida's <br />Turnpike. Signature plantings will encompass a gateway design with special "branding" <br />i elements to distinguish the new City. This will include special pavers and lush plantings <br />while maintaining safe line -of -sight for the heavily used roadway that is closely edged with <br />businesses, golf courses, resorts, and gated residential communities. <br />
