1� <br />1 7� <br />'t `A s s a <br />IProject <br />CGA, as the prime team leader, master planned the facilities for Vista Park including the <br />locations and development of multiple softball /baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a <br />maintenance building, concession stands, and public restrooms. The park also included a <br />passive component met through the creation of a waterfront greenway fronting an existing <br />canal, connecting picnic areas, fishing stations, and park elements through a densely <br />shaded corridor. <br />Because of the park's proximity to Cypress Bay High School, CGA designed the park to <br />meet the recreational needs of the school's extensive sport programs. Additionally, CGA <br />prepared alternate plans to explore the use of synthetic turf which we found successful in <br />other projects.
