INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />Weston, Florida I <br />/ <br />io <br />lox <br />dY <br />%brub/Gnmedcat ergo Fag <br />Catereat <br />Project <br />CGA landscape inspector conducts annual landscape and irrigation inspections of <br />oommemicd, non'exidenda|, and time-share properties in the City of VVoutnn CGA'x <br />inspector uses approved landscape and irrigation plans to determine the property owner's <br />continued compliance with the landscape plans and City of Weston Codes. Property owners, <br />managers, and tenants (if applicable) receive detailed inspection reports and plans. The <br />inspector is also a certified Code Enforcement Officer that is authorized to write warning <br />notices and violation citations to all applicable parties who are not in compliance with the <br />established landscape plan and codes.
