a' a'43 Task 5.4: Evaluation of Revised Plan Concepts CGA will make a presentation of the "Revised Plan" concepts to the City to solicit crucial feedback and to be objectively evaluated. Based on the comments and input of the meeting, CGA will revise the concepts for t presentation to the community. Each concept will include: • one scaled site plan to scale with accompanying text summary of concept ' Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One hardcopy "Revised Plan" Concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary • One digital copy (JPEG format) "Revised Plan" Concepts (minimum two concepts) of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary • One hardcopy and one digital copy preliminary cost estimate for each concept ' • One hardcopy and one digital copy meeting notes TASK 6: CONCEPT SELECTION AND COMPLETION OF A PREFERRED DESIGN AND REPORT Task 6.1: Preferred Design Selection Meeting CGA will coordinate with the City a meeting to present the revised "Preliminary Design" concepts. The City will comment on the design concepts in order to identify what elements and characteristics about each resonates with their community, needs, issues and values, and will select a preferred design to serve a the base for all future revisions. CGA will coordinate with the City the preferred direction for refinement and revision of the Final Design. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One meeting attendance. ' • One hardcopy and one digital copy of meeting notes Task 6.2: Preferred Design Recommendations ' CGA will prepare a written summary memorandum for the project. Within this memorandum, CGA will confirm with the City which information is to be included in the project that is necessary to communicate the intent and ' findings of the "Final Design ". CGA will forward a summary memorandum of the "Preferred Design" recommendations to the City. ITask Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One hardcopy and one digital copy of Design Recommendation Strategy. Task 6.3: Final Design ' CGA will prepare a Final Design for the park, consisting of supporting graphics of the final design and including probable cost to develop the project. If requested, CGA will be prepared to make up to three (3) minor revisions to the "Final Plan," as requested by the City.
