Jill Cohen, RLA, AICP, will lead Miller Legg's Planning and Review Services for this contract. Ms. Cohen has more than 25 years of design, site engineering, code reviews and project management experience. She is responsible for landscape architectural design for a variety of public and private projects including roadway landscaping and irrigation, active and passive park landscape design, as well as residential and commercial projects and bid documents for public parks. Ms. Cohen also serves on the DRC (Development Review Committee) for other cities and has facilitated code revisions for their Landscape & Preservation Code Ordinances, as well as, Landscape Corridor Guidelines. As you will see from our enclosed qualifications, our multi - disciplinary and multi - talented team includes highly- experienced and committed landscape architects, project engineers and other professionals who have the experience and dedication to operate as an extension of your staff.
