With his experience, Ron will provide the City with creative <br />aesthetic designs that are constructible and responsive to economic considerations. <br />Jill Cohen, RLA, AICP, will lead Miller Legg's Planning and Review Services for this contract. <br />Ms. Cohen has more than 25 years of design, site engineering, code reviews and project <br />management experience. She is responsible for landscape architectural design for a variety of <br />public and private projects including roadway landscaping and irrigation, active and passive <br />park landscape design, as well as residential and commercial projects and bid documents for <br />public parks. Ms. Cohen also serves on the DRC (Development Review Committee) for other <br />cities and has facilitated code revisions for their Landscape & Preservation Code Ordinances, <br />as well as, Landscape Corridor Guidelines. <br />As you will see from our enclosed qualifications, our multi - disciplinary and multi - talented team <br />includes highly- experienced and committed landscape architects, project engineers and other <br />professionals who have the experience and dedication to operate as an extension of your <br />staff.
