M ILLER�`;O'LEGG <br />FDOT VI Districtwide Landscape Architecture <br />Disrricr Vl, Florido <br />This FDOT District VI Districtwide Landscape Architecture <br />Contract includes numerous design and coordination services <br />on projects throughout Miami -Dade and Monroe Counties. <br />Non - design services provided by Miller Legg include: review of <br />grant application packages, tree removal /relocation plans, <br />corridor aesthetic analysis review, right -of -way permit <br />application reviews, public workshop coordination and <br />intergovernmental coordination. <br />Design services have included development of construction <br />documents for landscape enhancements to four miles of <br />Biscayne Boulevard, conceptual designs and cost estimates for <br />enhancements of 1 -95 from the Broward County line to 1 -395, <br />development of hardscape designs for Biscayne Boulevard in <br />downtown Miami that serve as the major pedestrian -use area <br />adjacent to Bicentennial Park, the American Airlines Arena <br />and Bayside, as well as landscape architectural designs for the <br />Hialeah Expressway in Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens and the Town <br />of Medley. <br />Client(s): <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District VI <br />IMPROVING COMMUNITIES.
