Personnel Qualifications <br />Although IBM cannot commit specific individuals to the project at this stage, please <br />find below representative resumes of key personnel that may be assigned to this <br />engagement. Final selection of individuals will depend upon their availability at the <br />time IBM and the City agree on a contract and the project is initiated. <br />Yorke E. Rhodes /// <br />Yorke has over 18 years of technology design and delivery experience serving <br />Fortune 100 businesses in the financial, government, pharmaceutical, insurance, <br />publishing, consumer products, and entertainment verticals. He is frequently viewed <br />as a trusted advisor to top executive leadership internally and externally. Yorke <br />possesses varied technical and territory management experience across many <br />functional areas and technologies. <br />Yorke is currently a Principal at IBM for Global Services in the East Region. In this <br />capacity he is responsible for identifying the business opportunity, crafting the <br />solutions required to be successful in this marketplace, defining, and helping <br />customers toward mutual success. <br />Yorke is responsible for solution development and delivery of complex solutions to <br />meet customer requirements. Some solutions have included: Ad hoc Perimeter <br />Security and Video Surveillance solutions for Incident Response Management; <br />40 Design and deployment of geography wide wireless public safety networks; <br />interoperability between legacy voice radio networks and new multi- function device / <br />VOIP systems; definition and trial of fire ground communications systems; and more. <br />Current focus areas of the business are: <br />0 <br />• Broadband wireless for public safety <br />• Smart video surveillance <br />■ Communications interoperability <br />• Intelligent transportation <br />• Handheld solutions <br />Yorke is currently working as Project Executive with the State of Rhode Island as <br />well as other Cities, Counties, and States to realize their vision of broadband wireless <br />municipal network. <br />Prior to joining IBM, Yorke spear- headed a group at Goldman Sachs responsible for <br />their world -wide systems for mobile computing, wireless, and remote access. In this <br />role Yorke accomplished the following: <br />■ Launched the first internet and wireless remote access solutions delivered in <br />Goldman Sachs history.
