LIST OF SUBPROVIDERS <br />The Bidder SHALL list below the name and address of each Subprovider who will perform work under <br />this Contract in excess of one -half percent of the total bid price, and .shall also list the portion of the <br />work which will be done by such Subprovider. After the opening of Proposals, changes or <br />substitutions will be allowed with written approval of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
