SECTION 00020 <br />NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids <br />for the following work as specified. <br />BEACH ACCESS SIGNS <br />CGA Project No. 03- 4122.E <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 06 -06 -01 <br />Sealed bids for the construction of the Beach Access Signs consisting of the furnishing and <br />installation of Beach Access Signs in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents <br />will be received by the Owner, City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be <br />received by the City Clerk until 11:00 am, on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Bids <br />received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and <br />read aloud at this time. <br />A Pre -Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br />33160, (3 05) 947 -0606. Attendance to the meeting is not mandatory but highly recommended. <br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of Sunny Isles Beach at <br />18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 at no cost.
