". Add 14.02.A.4: "An original Partial Release of Lien is required from the General Provider along with the application for Payment No. 1 and for each subsequent application thereafter. For each application for payment (excluding Application No. 1) the Provider shall submit with the application Partial Releases of Liens for all Notice to Owners that ' have been received for the project by the Owner and Engineer ". In Paragraph 14.02.B., change the beginning of the sentence from "Ten days..." to read ' "Forty -five days... ".
