' F. Provide complete information for product specified. <br />1.08 SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE <br />' A. Submit two copies of preliminary draft of proposed formats and outlines of <br />contents of Operation and Maintenance Manuals within 30 days after <br />Notice to Proceed. <br />1. The Engineer will review the preliminary draft and return one copy <br />with comments. <br />B. Submit two copies of completed data in final form no later than 30 days <br />following the Engineer's review of the last shop drawing and submittal <br />specified under Section 01340. <br />1. One copy will be returned with comments to be incorporated into <br />final copies. <br />C. Submit specified number of copies of approved data in final form directly <br />to the offices of the Engineer, Calvin, Giordano and Associates, Inc. within <br />30 calendar days of product shipment to the project site and preferably <br />within 30 days after the reviewed copy is received. <br />D. Submit six copies of addendum to the operation and maintenance <br />manuals as applicable and certificates as specified in paragraph 1.01B of <br />Section 01030 within 30 days after final inspection and plant start-up test. <br />E. Final Operation and Maintenance submittals shall be in large three ring <br />binders organized by specification Section and plainly marked per <br />paragraph 1.04(C). <br />1.09 INSTRUCTION OF OWNER'S PERSONNEL <br />A. Prior to final inspection or acceptance, fully instruct Owner's designated <br />operating and maintenance personnel in operation, adjustment and <br />maintenance of products, equipment and systems. <br />B. Operating and maintenance manual shall constitute the basis of <br />instruction. <br />1.
