SECTION 01010 <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br />A. <br />Contractor use of site. <br />B. <br />Location of Work. <br />C. <br />Description of Work. <br />D. <br />Work Sequence. <br />E. <br />Owner Occupancy. <br />1.02 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE <br />A. Limit use of site and premises to allow- <br />1 . Owner occupancy. <br />2. Work by others and Owner. <br />1.03 LOCATION OF WORK <br />A. The work is located in the alley way west of Collins Avenue (SR A1A) <br />between 191 st Street and 185th Street in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />1.04 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br />A. Construction of a Shadowbox Fence System consisting of furnishing and <br />installing 1,790 +/- linear feet of six -foot (6') high shadowbox fence and <br />demolition and removal of all structures within the alley way. <br />1.05 WORK SEQUENCE <br />A. Construct work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy <br />requirements during the construction period, coordinate construction <br />schedule and operations with Owner. <br />B. The Contractor shall locate all utilities and coordinate all work with the <br />details and plans to avoid conflicts. <br />1.06 OWNER OCCUPANCY <br />A.
