Work Sequence. <br />E. Owner Occupancy. <br />1.02 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE <br />A. Limit use of site and premises to allow: <br />1. Owner occupancy. <br />2. Work by others and Owner. <br />1.03 LOCATION OF WORK <br />The work is located at the intersection of Collins Avenue (SR A1A) and NE 172nd <br />Street, in the community of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br />1.04 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br />A. Construct concrete signs, and install pavers. <br />B. Install lighting. <br />C. Remove, relocate, and install plant material and irrigation equipment. <br />1.05 WORK SEQUENCE <br />A. Construct Work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy <br />requirements during the construction period, coordinate construction <br />schedule and operations with Owner. <br />1.06 OWNER OCCUPANCY <br />A. The Owner may occupy portions of the premises during periods of <br />07/06 01010 -1 05 -5564 <br />
