SECTION 00900 <br />Addendum No. 1 (July 19, 2006) <br />to <br />Contract documents <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />TOWN CENTER PARK ENTRY SIGN <br />CGA PROJECT NO. 05 -5564 <br />CITY BID NO. 06 -06 -03 <br />To All Bidders: <br />Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br />additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br />over anything shown or described otherwise. <br />IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />1. In Document 00020 — Notice to bidders, the mandatory pre -bid is here amended <br />to be a non - mandatory pre -bid meeting, attendance is not required to submit a <br />bid, but is highly recommended. <br />All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same. <br />Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum on Page 00300 -4. <br />END OF SECTION <br />07/06 900 -1 05 -5564 <br />
