This project included modeling the effect of redirecting flow from approximately 30 lift stations throughout the City. Presently he is responsible for the construction phase of this project throughout the completion date of July 2010. The four areas combined entail the installation of approximately 16.2 miles of gravity sewer, 17.4 miles of water main, 18.7 miles of irrigation main, 3.7 miles of force main and replacing 2.4 miles of storm culverts. Along with the tremendous amount of pipe that is being installed, a unique feature about this project is coordination with the endangered species within the area. (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm This project consisted of the design of approximately 90,000 linear feet of gravity sewer main, 26,000 linear feet of potable water main and improvements to the existing drainage system. This project was a one square mile area involving residential, multi-family, commercial and light industrial properties and involved $20 Million in water and sewer improvements. Johnson Engineering provided survey, design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, bidding assistance, construction phase services. (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm As project manager for this 4,000 gallon per minute pump station, Dave assisted in the design, obtained all of the necessary permits, and assisted in all the necessary construction phase services to ensure a high quality master pump station.
