Coordinate and meet with City staff to discuss the proposed <br />site plan and other development review applications, as needed, and review and <br />compare application(s) with the Comprehensive Plan, City Ordinances and Land <br />Development Code, including planning and zoning issues, landscaping <br />requirements, sustainability, environmental issues, Smart Growth, lighting, and <br />submit comments to the DRC. <br /> <br />Since that time, the City has expanded the scope of services to include reviews with <br />the Planning & Zoning Department as a Cost-Recovery Consultant. These fast-paced <br />tasks include DRC services for residential, commercial, and industrial sites <br />throughout the city. Project Reviews include rezonings, variances, plats, master <br />plans, and site plan review to meet the needs of this growing municipality. <br />
