BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) Calvin, Giordano & Associates is contracted to review development applications including site plans, re-zonings, land use plan amendments, special exceptions and variances, as well as prepared staff reports for the Town Council meetings and making presentations to the Council as needed. CGA meets this challenge by providing planning personnel that are knowledgeable about Town and County Codes and local interagency coordination. The entire CGA Multi-disciplinary team serves as an available resource. This is an on-going contract that CGA has with the Town of Cutler Bay. <br /> <br />25.
