BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) CGA was hired to complete the comprehensive rewrite of the City’s Land Use Development Regulations. The focus of the rewrite is to protect the character and integrity of single family neighborhoods, streamline permitting and create a quality urban development. While at the same time the new code will ensure high-quality public spaces defined by a variety of building types and uses including housing, retail, office, and industrial space. Where appropriate, the new code will incorporate a regulating plan, building form standards, street standards (plan and section), use regulations, descriptive building or lot types, and other elements needed to implement the principles of functional and vital urbanism and practical management of growth. <br /> <br />25.
