3.02 CONSTRUCTION IN STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT -OF -WAY: Construction within <br />all State highway right -of -way shall be made in full compliance with all <br />requirements and to the satisfaction of the Florida Department of Transportation. <br />All necessary barricades, detours, lights and other protective measures shall be <br />provided for the protection of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. <br />3.03 CONSTRUCTION IN OTHER THAN STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT -OF -WAY: <br />Construction within right -of -way other than State highway shall be made in full <br />compliance with all requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation <br />and to the satisfaction of the local governing bodies.
