LIST OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br />The Bidder SHALL list below the name and address of each Subcontractor who will perform work <br />under this Contract in excess of one -half percent of the total bid price, and shall also list the portion of <br />the work which will be done by such Subcontractor. After the opening of Proposals, changes or <br />substitutions will be allowed with written approval of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
