His primary area <br />of expertise is stormwater management and his knowledge of stormwater management <br />systems and drainage engineering has enhanced the firm's capability to meet every <br />contingency with confidence. Mr. Hekmat is also extremely knowledgeable regarding <br />roadway design, utilities, and land development. Mr. Hekmat is proficient in computer <br />modeling for drainage basins and watersheds; the design of water, sewer, paving, and <br />drainage systems; permitting of drainage basins; preparation of comprehensive plans and <br />facilities reports; and, water and wastewater treatment plant site work. <br />Mr. Hekmat currently serves as the City Engineer for the City of Weston and the District <br />consultant for the South Broward Drainage District. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Stormwater Facilities Report, Analysis, and Comprehensive Master Plans, <br />Florida. Project included locating and surveying the existing conveyance system and <br />defining the watershed boundary and basins; analyzing the system using a recognized and <br />approved computer model Advance Interconnected Pond Routing (AdICPR); identifying <br />problem areas; recommending improvements necessary to allow future development.
