Chen and Associates brings a vast amount of relevant civil engineering experience <br />within the South Florida area. Our experience within the civil engineering field is outlined <br />within this submittal. <br />Chen and Associates feels that its organizational approach and current expertise will be the <br />most cost effective and time sensitive for the City. Chen and Associates also has a great <br />deal of experience with engineering services contracts, as we are currently serving in this <br />capacity for several municipalities in South Florida. We pride ourselves on the kind of <br />service that can only be found in smaller organizations, because every client is <br />important to us. <br />The point of contact for Chen and Associates will be through our Miami Beach office <br />location. Dr. Ben H. Chen, PE, PhD, DEE has over thirty years of utility engineering and <br />management experience. Mr. Jason McClair, PE will be Project Manager.
